The rules for using MemeWarzone.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MemeWarzone, including the website, docs site, app, campaign pages, trading interface, dashboards, profiles, comments, chats, recruiter flows, squad features, league features, airdrops, rewards, APIs, and related services.

By accessing or using MemeWarzone, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Important risk warning

Meme tokens, blockchain transactions, bonding-curve markets, decentralized trading, campaigns, rewards, and on-chain systems are high risk.

You can lose all funds you use. Prices can be extremely volatile. Liquidity can be thin. Creators may fail to execute. Smart contracts, websites, APIs, indexers, wallets, RPC providers, bridges, and third-party services can fail.

MemeWarzone does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or trading advice. Nothing on the platform is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, launch, promote, vote for, or interact with any token or campaign.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, wallet security, transactions, taxes, and compliance with laws that apply to you.

2. Eligibility

You may use MemeWarzone only if:

• you are legally able to enter into these Terms
• you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher
• you are not barred from using the platform under applicable law
• you are not located in, organized in, or ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction where using the platform is prohibited
• you are not subject to sanctions or other legal restrictions that prohibit use

We may restrict or block access where required by law, safety, sanctions, abuse prevention, or platform integrity.

3. Wallets and blockchain transactions

MemeWarzone is a non-custodial interface. You control your wallet and private keys.

You understand and agree that:

• blockchain transactions are initiated and approved by you through your wallet
• transactions may be irreversible once submitted
• network fees, failed transactions, slippage, and execution risks are your responsibility
• MemeWarzone cannot recover lost private keys, seed phrases, wallet access, or funds sent to the wrong address
• public blockchain data may be permanent and visible to anyone

Never share your seed phrase or private key. MemeWarzone will never ask for it.

4. Platform role

MemeWarzone provides software, interfaces, documentation, visibility systems, competition systems, and related infrastructure for meme campaigns and on-chain participation.

MemeWarzone is not:

• a broker, dealer, exchange, bank, custodian, investment adviser, payment institution, or fiduciary
• the issuer of user-created campaign tokens unless explicitly stated otherwise
• responsible for creator claims, third-party content, third-party links, or independent community actions
• responsible for guaranteeing token value, liquidity, graduation, rewards, profits, rankings, or outcomes

5. Campaigns and creator responsibility

If you create or manage a campaign, you are responsible for:

• the accuracy of the campaign name, ticker, description, media, links, and claims
• having the rights to use submitted logos, art, media, names, marks, and content
• complying with laws, advertising rules, intellectual property rules, consumer-protection rules, and platform rules
• communicating honestly with your community
• not misleading users about guarantees, partnerships, audits, rewards, treasury control, liquidity, or future value

We may hide, remove, label, restrict, or moderate campaigns that appear fraudulent, illegal, abusive, misleading, infringing, spammy, unsafe, or harmful to platform integrity.

6. Trading, UpVotes, visibility, and rankings

Trading, UpVotes, leaderboards, rankings, and visibility systems are part of the MemeWarzone competition loop.

You understand and agree that:

• UpVotes may affect visibility, ranking, or discovery according to platform rules
• rankings and dashboards may change as data updates, epochs close, or abuse checks run
• displayed data may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by indexer/API issues
• visibility is not a guarantee of token quality, safety, liquidity, or future performance
• MemeWarzone may adjust ranking, reward, display, and eligibility logic to protect the platform and users

7. Rewards, claims, leagues, recruiters, squads, and airdrops

MemeWarzone may operate rewards and incentive systems, including Battle Leagues, recruiter rewards, Squad Pool, Warzone BNB Airdrops, winner pages, and claim flows.

Reward eligibility may depend on activity, attribution, squad status, campaign behavior, volume thresholds, caps, timing, review status, anti-abuse checks, available reward pools, and other rules explained in the docs or app.

You understand and agree that:

• rewards are not guaranteed
• eligibility can be denied, reduced, delayed, expired, or reversed where rules are not met or abuse is detected
• claims may require user action within a claim window
• unclaimed rewards may expire or roll into other pools according to platform rules
• broad ineligibility reasons may be shown, but internal anti-abuse thresholds and detection logic may remain private
• recruiter attribution, squad membership, and reward status may be locked or restricted according to platform rules

MemeWarzone may update reward rules, claim rules, eligibility rules, and anti-abuse rules where necessary for fairness, security, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• use the platform for illegal activity
• exploit, attack, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the platform, contracts, APIs, indexers, reward systems, or users
• use bots, scripts, Sybil wallets, wash trading, self-trading, circular trading, fake demand, wallet splitting, spoofing, or manipulation to farm rewards, rankings, visibility, or airdrops
• submit false, misleading, defamatory, illegal, infringing, hateful, violent, abusive, sexual, scam-related, or spam content
• impersonate another person, project, creator, company, admin, moderator, partner, or official channel
• attempt to bypass sanctions, geoblocking, eligibility, moderation, anti-abuse, or security controls
• reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse non-public systems except as allowed by law or written permission
• upload malware or content designed to steal wallets, seed phrases, credentials, or user funds

We may take action against violations, including hiding content, excluding rewards, removing eligibility, restricting access, blocking wallets, reporting activity, or taking legal action.

9. User content and license

You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to rights you grant us.

By submitting content to MemeWarzone, you grant MemeWarzone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, copy, display, publish, distribute, adapt, and use that content as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the platform.

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit the content and grant this license.

10. Intellectual property

MemeWarzone’s names, logos, branding, design, software, documentation, interfaces, and other materials are owned by MemeWarzone or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit MemeWarzone materials except as allowed by these Terms, open-source licenses, or written permission.

11. Third-party services and links

The platform may rely on or link to third-party services, including wallets, blockchain networks, RPC providers, databases, hosting providers, analytics tools, storage providers, social platforms, exchanges, and community tools.

MemeWarzone does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, failures, or actions.

12. Fees and taxes

You are responsible for understanding fees before interacting with the platform. Fees may include protocol fees, network gas fees, third-party fees, slippage, and other costs.

You are solely responsible for taxes, reporting, and legal obligations arising from your transactions, rewards, campaign activity, or other platform use.

13. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, including features, docs, APIs, campaigns, rewards, rankings, eligibility rules, claim flows, or supported networks.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that displayed data will always be current or accurate.

14. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemeWarzone disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, and reliability.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemeWarzone and its contributors, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of funds, tokens, rewards, data, goodwill, or opportunity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemeWarzone’s total liability for any claim will be limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid directly to MemeWarzone for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim; or (b) EUR 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MemeWarzone and its contributors, owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• your use of the platform
• your campaigns, content, links, or communications
• your wallet activity or transactions
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of law or third-party rights
• your abuse, manipulation, fraud, or security violations

17. Termination and enforcement

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at any time where we believe it is necessary for safety, legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, or platform integrity.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including risk warnings, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, intellectual property, dispute terms, and records needed for legal, security, or operational purposes.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform, legal requirements, infrastructure, or reward systems evolve. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
